The appellants filed an action against the respondents for a declaration in respect of revocation of their right of occupancy and that they were entitled to the statutory right of occupancy of the parcel of land known and called Agu Ope Land otherwise called Obukpa Layout. They also asked for an injunction from interfering with the land. The learned trial Judge dismissed the claim.

Dissatisfied with the judgment the appellants have appealed to this court.
